AndAbelArt Return/Refund Policies
Return/Refund Requests:
AndAbelArt offers a 30-day Return/Refund Policy on all products available through this website. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. By making a purchase through this website, it is assumed and agreed to that delivery will occur no more than 10 days after date shipped according to shipping service records. Return/Refund Requests made after 40 days in total from date shipped will not be honored.
AndAbelArt evaluates each Return/Refund Request individually, and while our goal is happy customers and fair outcomes, we do reserve the right to refuse requests that don't meet our guidelines.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Additional Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns/refunds for improperly installed decals. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at customer.service@andabelart.com. In your message, please let us know why you are requesting a return/refund in as much specific detail as you can. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Accessories Return/Refund Policy:
Impact Games utilizes a third party fulfillment agreement with Amazon.com for items listed as Accessories. These items are not technically purchased from ImpactGamesDecals.com and as such returns and refunds can only be processed through Amazon. Please follow Amazon.com's Return Policy regarding returns and refunds of those items.
