Ass Hole

This one almost fits with my idioms line, but it's also a bit of a pictograph like visual puzzle of sorts. What is an asshole? I mean, sure, I've been called one from time to time, but how can I express that with a simple image? In this example, the answer was a hole dug in the shape of an ass.
